Testament is a passive item
Effects
- Taking damage will cause Isaac to drop a heart mimic
- Heart mimics attract enemies and explode after a period
- Each heart has its own special effect
Notes
- Hearts have the same effect whether a half or a full heart is lost
Heart Effetcs
Red Heart: Explodes into a volley of bloody tears and leaves a red creep
- Blood tears deal between 2.45 and 4.55 damage
- Blood creep deals 2 damage 10 times per second
Soul Heart: Causes a crack the sky beam, creates a wiggling ring of piercing tears and leaves water creep
- Outer and inner tears are deal 5.25 and 3.5 damage respectively.
- Water creep deals 2 damage 5 times per second.
Black Heart: Fires four lasers in a + pattern and turns dead enemies into 
Dark Spirits
- Dark spirits will only spawn if there are less than 8 of them already present.
Bone Heart: Fires of 5 bone bullets, creates 6 bone orbitals and has a 30% chance to turn into a Bone Heart pickup
- Bones deal 5.25 damage each
Eternal Heart: Fires four angelic lasers in a x pattern, creates 1-3 random hearts and leaves slowing white creep
- Angelic lasers deal 44 damage each
Rotten Heart: Spawns 6 
Blue Flies and 3 - 5 
Blue Spiders
Gold Heart: Explodes, creates a few random 
coins and leaves a random item for sale
- The items for sale will always cost double their normal amount.
