Effects
- Isaac is now surrounded by a dark aura.
- Enemies killed within the dark aura are turned into dark spirits.
- Dark spirits chase down enemies and deal contact damage.
- Spirits deal 7 contact damage per hit
- Spirits can hit enemies 3 times before dying.
- Spirits can block projectiles and take damage from certain hazards such as spike rocks.
