Wellingtons is a passive item
Effects
- Water drops will periodically fall from the ceiling
- Upon impact they turn into a puddle
- When Isaac steps into the puddle it creates multiple tears that fly in different directions
- Each tear deals between 3.7 and 4.3 damage.
Notes
- The puddle doesn't deal damage to enemies
- Tears spawned by puddles will have no tear effects.
Interactions
Tear Detonator: Tears spawned by puddles can be detonated.
- Detonated tears will inherit all of Isaac's tear effects and damage.
