Small Knives is a passive item

Effects

  • +0.7 Damage.png Damage
  • +0.1 Shot Speed.png Shot Speed
  • Replaces Isaac's tears with piercings knives
  • Killed enemies spawn a piercing blood tear and a puddle of blood creep.
    • Bloody tears have the same velocity as the knife and deal 3.5 damage.
    • Blood creep deals 2 damage 10 times per second and lasts for 4 seconds.
  • Laser, Bombs and creeps also cause a bloody tear to be shot
