Effects

Tears - Regular Tears are turned into decelerating bubbles which deal 50% of his damage.
- Bubble bursts into a smaller tear after a short amount of time
- Smaller tears deal 25% less damage, but retain the bubble's original velocity
- Their direction is based on Isaac's current firing direction
- Bubble bursts into a smaller tear after a short amount of time
- There's a chance for 1-3 additional bubbles to be shot
Notes
- Bubbles that collide with enemies or surfaces won't turn into tears
- If Isaac isn't shooting in any direction tears created from bubbles will fall to the ground
- Tears spawned from bubbles retain none of Isaac's tear effects
Interactions
Haemolacria: When bubbles burst they fire off a volley of bloody tears around
Lachryphagy: Bubbles burst into a single tear instead of eight bloody tears after a period
- Additional bubbles can merge creating a merged tear right away
- Tears still burst into eight bloody tears after getting big enough
Ipecac: Bubbles explode after bursting
Flat Stone: Extra bubbles spawned will bounce on the ground, dealing splash damage.
- Bouncing bubbles will not spawn tears when popping.
Cricket's Body: Bubbles spawn 4 additional tears in a cross pattern when popping
