Purple Skull is a passive item

Effects

  • Grants three curses wisps
    • Wisps deal 2 contact damage
    • They initially orbit the player
    • After Isaac fires a shot all three wisps will start orbiting that tear
    • They come back to orbiting Isaac after the tear is destroyed

Interactions

  • Brimstone.png Brimstone: All three wisps teleport to the laser's endpoint leaving a technology laser trail
  • Technology.png Technology: When tech laser deals a damage tick to an enemy one of the wisps is teleported to it
  • Tech X.png Tech X: Wisps follow the laser ring
  • Dr. Fetus.png Dr. Fetus: Wisps orbit the bomb
  • Ludo.png Ludovico Technique: Wisps orbit the controlled tear
  • Mom's Knife.png Mom's Knife: Wisps follow flying knife
  • BFFS.png BFFS: Doubles wisp damage
