Paimon's Mark is a passive item
Effects
- +1 Black Heart
- Enemies are passively pulled towards bombs and floor hazards.
- Enemies will be jerked towards hazards once every 1.33 seconds.
- If there are multiple hazards, enemies will be pulled towards the closest one.
- Floor hazard that will pull enemies in include:
- Spiked Rocks
- Fireplaces
- Red Poops
- Spikes
- Flying enemies will not be pulled towards floor spikes, as they cannot take damage from the spikes.
Interactions
Bobby-Bomb: Bombs now home in on enemies and pull enemies towards them at the same time.
Dr. Fetus: Enemies will be periodically pulled towards bombs Isaac fires.
