Effects
- Regular Tears fired by Isaac are turned into piercing
Brimstone Balls which deal 75% of his damage.
- Brimstone Balls slide along the floor damaging enemies
- Brimstone balls can hit the same enemy multiple times
- Dealing damage makes the ball smaller and deal less damage
- After hitting enemies 5 times, the ball will stop shrinking.

Tech X: Multiple small brimstone balls are fired away from the circle
