Moon Rock is an active item
Effects
- Activates the dream state
- Dream state is indicated by a colorful effect on the screen
- All possible enemies are turned into dream champions
- If the enemy has less than 70% of their health, is already a champion or is cursed it won't transform
- After a certain amount of time or if Isaac takes damage all dream champions revert to their base form
- Dream champions's attack rate is doubled
- Killing them grants a small stat up based on their max health
- Stat ups are only active if the dream state is also active
Notes
- Self-inflicted damage that's not supposed to penalize Isaac (ex. IV Bag ) won't cause enemies to transform back to their base state
Interactions
Car Battery: Enemies can have more than 50% of their health instead of 70% to turn into dream champions
Book Of Virtues: Wisps won't shoot or collide with enemies if the dream state isn't active
