Hydrosis is a passive item

Effects

  • Tears that collide with the floor, walls or rocks are turned into WaterSpirit.png water familiars
    • Water Familiars chase the nearest enemy
    • After colliding with its target it dies and deals damage to it
    • Dealt damage is equal to 25% of the original tear's damage
  • Water Familiars wander around Isaac if there are no enemies and disappear after a short amount of time
  • Water sprites persist between rooms

Interactions

Item effects mainly influence WaterSpirit.png water familiars

  • Spoon Bender.png Spoon Bender: Move faster the closer they are to their target
  • Eye Of Belial.png Eye Of Belial: Doesn't die right away and deal multiple ticks of damage to their target
    • If the tear has not been converted to an eye, the water sprites that spawn from it deal more damage that increases with each hit.
  • Dark Matter.png Dark Matter: Inflicts fear after colliding
  • Mom's Eyeshadow.png Mom's Eyeshadow: Inflicts charm after colliding
  • Iron Bar.png Iron Bar: Inflicts confusion after colliding
  • Cupid's Arrow.png Cupid's Arrow: Doesn't die right away and deal multiple ticks of damage to their target
  • Strange Attractor.png Strange Attractor: Attracts enemies
  • Eye of the Occult.png Eye of the Occult: Can be controlled by the player
  • Flat Stone.png Flat Stone: Spawns a water familiar on each bounce
  • Lachryphagy.png Lachryphagy: Spawns an extra water familiar whenever tears combine
