God's Wrath is a passive item
Effects
- While firing, Isaac will occasionally summon a controllable marker.
- 1 or more enemies must be present in the room for the marker to spawn.
- Only one marker can be spawned at a time.
- After 3 seconds, lightning will strike the marker, causing an explosion and dealing damage to all enemies in a large radius.
- The explosion deals 20 damage.
- The explosion cannot damage Isaac.
- Explosions synergize with most of Isaac's bomb effects.
- Bomb synergies that have no effects are listed below.
