Conscience is a passive item

Effects

  • -0.5 Damage.png Damage
  • Isaac's damage quickly increases over time
    • Damage stops increasing after reaching double the base value
  • Taking damage or causing any enemy to die will reset Isaac's damage back to the base value

  • Conscience was the first item added to the Lost and Forgotten for Afterbirth+
