Effects

  • Isaac gains random effects that change periodically
  • The effects are based on champion enemies
    • Isaac gains the same color tint as the champion variant color

Colors

  • Red: Isaac gains Wafer.png Wafer effect
  • Green: Isaac leaves green creep
  • Yellow: Isaac gains 1 Coin after taking damage
  • Dark green: Isaac explodes after taking damage
  • Pink: Red tears are periodically fired in random directions
  • Blue: Isaac fires 8 high-damage bloody tears after taking damage
  • Pulsing green:: Isaac gains The Soul.png The Soul effect
  • Pulsing gray:: After taking damage a few Giant Cell.png Giant Cell minisaac's are created
