Effects
- Isaac's tears deal 10% less damage.
- Isaac tears now have multiple low-damage wiggling tears flying around them
- Smaller tears are spectral and deal between 4% and 7% of the original tear's damage
- The higher Isaac's damage, the more smaller tears will surround his tears
- When the main tear is destroyed tears around it fly off in different directions
- Smaller tears don't inherit the effects of the parent tear
