Effects
- Isaac has
Luck based chance to fire a tar tear - Tar tear turns into a tar bubble after falling on the floor
- Tar tears also bounce off of enemies and fall on the ground
- Bubbles explode into tears after Isaac or enemies step on them
- They also explode after a certain amount of time
- Chance starts at 10% and is capped at 50% with 10 Luck
Interactions
Brimstone: Creates a tar bubble at the end of the laser
- The tar bubble absorbs the laser decreasing its length
- The laser ultimately gets so short it disappears leaving behind a huge tar bubble
Technology: For each laser a tar bubble is thrown in front of Isaac
Tech X: a tar bubble grows inside the ring
Dr. Fetus: Bombs leave tar bubbles after exploding
Ludovico Technique: a tar tear periodically falls from the controlled tear
Mom's Knife: tar tears fall from the flying knife that turn into quickly bursting bubbles
